Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days 

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or holidays.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Serene Prestige Collections,  is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
